special funding should be provided for TEL and the teachers must be trained for that. some of the colleges have adequate infrastructure that can help to start TEL.
Student and faculty need to have better infrastructure and facility to integrate TEL
for optimal use.
Electronic content based learning is being increasingly used in urban areas.
There is lack of resources and infrastructure in rural areas.
Continuous e-learning should be made mandatory for teachers.
For High School Education, we need online courses on platforms such as www.coursera.org and www.edx.org . It will be great to have the best teachers in public and private schools develop online courses and make them available for students from all over the countries.
