I think we have sufficient to accomplish our need like institutions, money, manpower etc but due to mismanagement we are unable to get maximum gain of it.The New draft has tried to relegate such things and for this I am very thankful to government of India.
I think we have sufficient to accomplish our need like institutions, money, manpower etc but due to mismanagement we are unable to get maximum gain of it.The New draft has tried to relegate such things and for this I am very thankful to government of India. But I just want to draw a strong attention towards grievance redressal I.e.how to redress grievances of consumers. There should be a strong and active grievance redressal mechanism. It is to be requirement of a vital and healthy policy drafting
This Govt.ruls & regulation is very important for ourselves and our whole Country.
Sir,
Please given electricity supply according to priority like
1.Agriculture
2.Healthcare system
3.Education system
4.Business purpose
5.Home utilization
Govt should adopt one nation one rate one department with connection portability from one region to another region it will save time and money both and To promote the Energy Efficiency and Conservation , the Electricity Board may provide Energy Efficient Equipments on subsidised rates, with the support of BEE , EESL and State nodal agencies. The EB may also charge the cost in installments from user , by adding it in bills. The user will have no any burden , as he will consume less electricity
As we all Know that electricity is our basic need and we need it our day to day in our daily life. Without electricity no one can imagine a life in this modern digital world where we completely depends on electricity. So a bill related to electricity must be pass by government. But government is here only for passing such type of bill for our convince but saving irrelevant wastage of electricity is not their job only it's our job to save wastage of electricity. This is indirect help of gov.
केवल बिल सबका हल नहीं, फिर भी इस बिल के माध्यम से बिजली उत्पादन, छीजत और वितरण को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए विशेष प्रयास के साथ छूट को खत्म किया जा सकता है।
