Respected Sir,I am choosing this platform to write my story, in hope it could be seen n justice can happen.Sir, my brother died due to lung cancer n he made my mother nominee in his accounts, due to some reason it went for succession,money is much but it can help my old age senior citizen mother, my father has Forcefully signed application from my mother n filed case as my mother willingly wants to give rights to him.I just came to know, I m only daughter who is fighting for own divorce.

There will be more criticism in media on adverse judgements ,or popular judgement expectation ,in high profile cases ,considering they know the script of entire process ,

Witnesses will speak to audience gallery rather than judge and advocates ,it has to be like cctv camera ,footage to be used only if required ,

Judges and lawyers may get disturbed in delivering justice as they shall be conscious of livecstreaming

News should not broadcast court footage on their website or social media without court permission. Only those with a permit number should broadcast. The permission number issued by the court should be displayed on the screen. Court permission is also required to replay. The dignity and independence of the judiciary must be protected.

Broadcasting the trial of the cases is a good attempt. There is no game competition for everyone to see though. It should be an Internet TV that only those in need can access through the Internet. should be like my gov.in. Judiciary, law students, petitioners, government officials, the media, social activists, etc. should be registered with the sign. Login id, password must be provided to everyone.

The video camera, loudspeaker, internet connection required for online broadcasting should be set up in such a way as not to affect the trial of the cases.
Even if these do not work, the trial of the cases should continue.

Lawyers, judges and justice seekers should not be disturbed by video or loudspeakers.
