pollution free and crime free city
a city can be smart only if all people of city be equally considered, whether they are rich or poor. slum areas should be rehabilitation. and there should be job opportunities, this will help in reducing count of beggars in the city.
below poverty line people should also be included in making city smart by developing them, providing their basic life amenities.

proper traffic management and educate city people to follow traffic rules
