This Group has been constituted by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR), to engage the citizens in a dialogue for providing suggestions leading to better formulation of schemes/ programmes/ national policies including devising strategies/ processes for their implementation for improving ‘Quality of Life’ of the people living in villages. This Group/ Forum would foster discussions, seek inputs; facilitate sharing of ideas and experiences especially from the people at the grassroots level. The suggestions/ feedback garnered from the citizens would become inputs for effecting improvements in implementation of schemes and policy formulation.
