Sir/Madam Budget management @ city, state and national level is a crucial task in ensuring country is gaining the momentum on rapid progress.

Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) is worlds richest civic body having annual budget of 45,950 cr but CHANGE in Mumbai is discouraging as compared to Beijing (China). Mumbai is a commercial hub for India but Beijing is outstanding in terms of Cleanliness, Infrastructure, Safety, Electricity, Water Supply, Visible poverty. What is the 5 year goal for BMC? How many years would it take to appear like Beijing? Will central government under the leadership of Modi make local city/state level government responsible for growth? What will be the measures of growth .

Excessive money, less or no control on budget management, No follow up on 5 years vision/goal will lead to corruption. Please clean this political culture of budget management.

As a regular blood donor this has concerned me and I have thought over a idea where young people who are 18 years mostly college going students take a 50 Before 50 Pledge where they pledge to donate blood 50 times before they turn 50 years...
Even if they donate 2 times a year they can easily donate more than 50 years before age 50...
This Pledge will inculcate healthy lifestyle amongst youth and also help them serve the society and nation...

निम्न सुझावों पर गौर करने की कृपा करें:—

1— लोक परिवहन को जितनी जल्दी हो, अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि नागरिक स्वयं के वाहनों का उपयोग कम से कम कर सकें।
2— एक परिवार के लिए एक चार पहिया, एक दो पहिया वाहन खरीदने की ही अनुमति दी जाए। अभी देखने में आ रहा है कि कुछ सम्पन्न परिवार में जितने सदस्य होते हैं, उनके पास वाहन भी उतने ही हैं। अधिक वाहनों के चलने से पर्यावरण पर पड़ने वाले दुष्परिणाम से हम सब वाकिफ हैं।
3— पर्यावरण संकट के लिए कहीं न कहीं जनसंख्या वृद्धि भी जिम्मेदार है। इसके नियंत्रण के लिए जरुरी व सख्त कदम उठाने की जरुरत महसूस होती है।
4— अधिक अनाज पैदा करने के लिए खेतों में कई तरह की रसायनिक खाद, कीटनाशकों का उपयोग किया जा रहा है जो जमीन की उर्वरता को तो कम कर ही रहा है, भूजल, वर्षा जल को भी प्रभावित कर रहा है। अनाज की गुणवत्ता पर विपरित असर पड़ने के कारण जन स्वास्थ्य भी प्रभावित है। भले ही कम उत्पादन हो लेकिन जैविक खेती को अनिवार्य किया उचित प्रतीत होता है।
5— देश के प्रत्येक ना​गरिकों के लिए पर्यावरण संरक्षण अनिवार्य किया जाना उचित प्रतीत होता है।

मुझे UAN No (PF) के संदर्भ मे एक सुझाव देना है! कही बार हम हमारा UAN No का पासवर्ड भूल जाते है! तब हमे पीएफ साईट पे जाके वो पासवर्ड बदलनां पडता हैं! और वो पासवर्ड तभी बदला जा सकता है जब हमारा आधार कार्ड का नंबर उस UAN No से लिंक हो वरना नही कर पाते. हमरा आधार कार्ड UAN No से लिंक नही होता तब हमे हमारे पुराने या वर्तमान मे जीस कंपनी मे काम करते है! वहा के एम्प्लॉएर को बोलना पडता है या फीर PF ऑफिस मे जा के फॉर्म भरना पडता है ! और ये सब प्रोसेस को बहोत समय लगता है!

मैं आपको सुझाव देना चाहताहू की आप येसा प्रवधान करे की एम्प्लॉयी स्वयंम अपना UAN No आधार कार्ड से लिंक करसके.

जैसे की आधारकार्ड के साईट पे ही UAN No (PF) आधारकार्ड से लिंक करने का प्रवधान किजीये. उसे बोहोत कम समय मैं काम होगा. और समय की बचत भी होगी.
